Kurikulum program ini direka bentuk untuk melahirkan graduan yang berkemahiran, beretika dan bersedia memenuhi keperluan industri hospitaliti di peringkat tempatan dan antarabangsa. Kandungan kursus menekankan keseimbangan antara pengetahuan teori dan aplikasi praktikal bagi memastikan pelajar menguasai kemahiran profesional yang diperlukan dalam sektor hospitaliti.
